WPC decking colours, sizes and thickness
Plan layouts with realistic board dimensions and colour heat behaviour — verify final SKUs against the boards quoted for your project.

Colour families
Most Singapore ranges cluster into light ash/sand, warm teak mid-tones and deep charcoal or espresso. Lighter caps reflect more sun and stay kinder underfoot; darker caps hide scuffs but run hotter — see heat guidance.
Common board dimensions
Residential WPC boards often land near 140–150 mm cover width, roughly 20–25 mm thickness, and stock lengths that installers cut on site (commonly in the multi-metre range depending on supplier). Exact numbers vary by brand — treat these as planning bands, not an order form. Confirm against your quotation.
Hollow vs solid profiles
Hollow multi-chamber boards dominate condo and balcony work. Solid capped boards appear more on pool decks and commercial edges. Groove geometry must match the clip system your installer stocks.
Matching indoor floors
Bring a sample indoors under your actual lighting. Showroom LEDs flatter mid-teaks that can look orange on a north-facing PES. If you need continuity with vinyl or engineered oak inside, choose a muted mid-tone rather than a high-contrast espresso.
