WPC Decking Singapore (“we”, operating WPCDecking.sg) collects personal data when you submit a quote form, email us or message us on WhatsApp. We process that data to respond to enquiries and provide decking-related services in Singapore, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number and message content you submit.
• Property type, area type and approximate size when you provide them.
• Technical analytics via Seline (page views and custom events such as WhatsApp clicks).

How we use data

We use enquiry data to reply, prepare quotes and follow up on installations. We do not sell personal data. Form submissions may be processed by Formspree when a form id is configured; WhatsApp messages are processed on Meta’s WhatsApp platform.

Retention

We keep enquiry records as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.
